Basic care
Morelias spilota, or carpet pythons are easy cared for, they require heat,
fresh water daily, a few branches, and hideing places.

1.5-2.5 meters (5-8 feet) in generel, depending on subspecies

They require a minimum of 100x60x50 cm (40x24x20 inch) for the smaller species and 120x60x50 cm (48x24x20 inch) for the bigger onces.
A heat spot on 31-34C (87-93F) (may varrie from subspecies to subspeces) branches to climb on, fresh water, hideing places in both hot and cold zone, we keep them farily dry, and only mist them in shead.
